ADMovement is a women's community in Abu Dhabi.
Every week there's something on. Padel, a dance class, a boat, a quiet night over board games.
Once a month we get on a call together and each pick one thing to work on.
Once a month we all meet up in person.
There's a WhatsApp group where it happens in between.
Membership is AED 270 a year. Events are paid separately, at member prices.

The nerves are normal. The welcome is guaranteed. Every woman here walked in for the first time too.
Padel, kayaking, basketball, a six a.m. trail. We move because it is the fastest way past small talk. Every level. Nobody here is auditioning.
Money, discipline, grief, ambition. The things that run your life and never get said in a room. Women who disagree with you properly and still text you afterwards.
Faith is not a slot on the schedule. It is how we speak to each other, how we treat the woman who walks in alone, what we do when nobody is watching. You do not have to be at any point in yours to belong.
Dance, padel, a treasure hunt, a boat, a quiet night over board games. You don't plan it or chase anyone to come. The same faces are there.
A call in the first week where you say where you actually want to go. You leave with a theme, a challenge, and daily check-ins so you don't drop it by day four.
One evening that pulls the month together, and the one you can bring a guest to. Twice a year we leave the city, once a year the country.
You never have to plan any of it. It's already planned.
Everything except the monthly gathering is members only.
If you want a network, there are better rooms. If you want a workout, cheaper ones. This is for the woman who is ambitious and faith-led and has stopped expecting one room to hold both.
No gossip. No comparison. No gathering just to gather. If something loosened when you read that, you're already one of us.
Six of the last few months. Nobody knew anyone the first time.

I moved back to Abu Dhabi in November 2025. Within a few weeks I had already had nearly the same conversation with every woman I met.
The first half was always about friendship. That it gets genuinely hard to make as an adult, when everyone's priorities and timelines have split off in different directions and nobody has the slack to keep showing up.
The second half was always about growth. That so many of us are quietly rebuilding something at the same time, our health, our discipline, our relationship with ourselves, and that doing it alone is heavier than anyone admits.
And that every community on offer was either mixed, or built around one sport, and neither was what we were actually looking for.
So I built the room I kept describing. Women only. Built on real human connection, the right values, and women who actually hold each other up.

New events drop on the 1st and again on the 15th. Members get first notice.
The monthly gathering is open to everyone. Come to one and see the room before you decide.
