ADMovement ("ADMovement", "we", "us", "our") is a women's active-lifestyle community operating in the United Arab Emirates as a sole establishment under Trade License No. 1595176, owned and operated by Sahar El Bokhary. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and app at admovementofficial.com, our memberships, events, trips, and any related services (together, the "Services").
By joining ADMovement, purchasing a membership, booking an event or trip, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
ADMovement is a community for women. By using the Services you confirm that you are a woman aged 18 or over, and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to decline or revoke membership at our discretion.
4.1 Joining. Membership begins when your registration is accepted and, for paid tiers, payment is received. Benefits, pricing, and inclusions are described on the membership page and may change with notice.
4.2 Billing. Paid memberships are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis for the tier you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
4.3 Renewal & cancellation. Memberships renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that period ends.
4.4 Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once it has begun. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the period already paid. We may make exceptions at our sole discretion.
4.5 Changes to membership. We may add, modify, or discontinue benefits, tiers, or pricing. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice, and price changes apply from your next renewal.
5.1 Booking. Event places are confirmed on payment (where applicable) and are subject to capacity. Some events are members-only or have limited spots.
5.2 Refunds & transfers. Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible woman if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event. If ADMovement cancels an event, you will be offered a transfer to a future event or a refund.
5.3 Conduct at events. Members are expected to follow the Code of Conduct (Section 8). We may remove any person from an event, without refund, for behavior that harms the safety, comfort, or spirit of the community.
5.4 Venues & third parties. Some events take place at third-party venues or involve third-party providers. Their own terms, rules, and safety requirements also apply.
6.1 Nature of trips. ADMovement organizes group travel experiences. Depending on the trip, ADMovement may act as organizer, coordinator, or facilitator working with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport, activity providers). ADMovement is not a licensed travel agent unless expressly stated, and certain arrangements are made by you or on your behalf with third-party suppliers who carry their own terms and liability.
6.2 Deposits & balance. A deposit is required to secure your place and is non-refundable, as it covers non-recoverable booking costs. The remaining balance is due by the date stated for each trip. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in loss of your place and deposit.
6.3 Cancellation by you. Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. Amounts paid above the deposit are refundable if you cancel more than 30 days before departure; within 30 days, refunds are not guaranteed and depend on what we can recover from suppliers.
6.4 Cancellation or changes by us. We may cancel or materially change a trip (for example, due to insufficient numbers, supplier failure, or events beyond our control). In that case we will offer, where possible, an alternative or a refund of recoverable amounts. We are not liable for incidental costs you incur separately (e.g. flights or visas booked independently).
6.5 Travel documents & insurance. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry requirements, and health requirements. Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all trips. ADMovement is not responsible for losses arising from inadequate documentation or lack of insurance.
6.6 Your conduct on trips. You must follow the reasonable instructions of the trip organizer and respect local laws and customs. We may require a participant to leave a trip, at their own cost and without refund, where their conduct endangers or seriously disrupts the group.
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (including Stripe). We do not store your full card details. You are responsible for any bank, currency, or transaction fees charged by your payment provider. All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise.
ADMovement is built on respect, safety, and genuine connection. By participating you agree to:
We may issue warnings, suspend, or permanently remove members who breach this Code, without refund.
9.1 Active participation. ADMovement events and trips may involve physical, outdoor, or adventure activities that carry inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and are responsible for assessing your own fitness and health to take part.
9.2 Assumption of risk. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, you accept the inherent risks of participation and agree that you take part at your own risk.
9.3 Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADMovement, its owner, and its representatives are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9.4 Third-party providers. ADMovement is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of independent third-party suppliers (venues, hotels, transport, activity providers), who are responsible for their own services.
We often capture photos and video at events and trips for community and marketing use. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to ADMovement using that content across our channels. If you do not wish to appear, please tell the host or email us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. Any content you share with us (e.g. testimonials) may be used with your consent.
The ADMovement name, logo, branding, content, and materials are owned by ADMovement and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. You may not resell or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our consent.
By joining, you agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp, and in-app messages about your membership, bookings, events, and community updates. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time; essential service messages (e.g. booking confirmations) will still be sent.
We may suspend or terminate your membership or access to the Services if you breach these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law. You may end your membership at any time as described in Section 4.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at admovementofficial.com/terms. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
