This Privacy Policy explains how ADMovement ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our website, app, memberships, events, and trips (the "Services"). We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and its implementing regulations.

2. Who We Are (Data Controller)

3. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity & contact data — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and (where relevant) city or Emirate.
• Membership & account data — membership tier, account credentials, preferences, and activity within the community.
• Booking data — events and trips you register for, attendance, and related details.
• Payment data — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details; we receive limited confirmation and transaction data.
• Trip-related data — where you book a trip, we may collect additional details needed for travel (e.g. passport name, emergency contact, dietary or accessibility needs).
• Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or in-app, and your responses to forms or surveys.
• Media — photos or video taken at events and trips (see our Terms).
• Usage & technical data — where applicable, basic information about how you access the app/website (e.g. device and log data).

4. How We Collect It

We collect data directly from you (when you register, book, pay, or communicate with us), automatically through your use of the app/website, and occasionally from event or trip sign-up forms.

5. How We Use Your Data & Our Legal Basis

We use your data to:

• Provide and manage your membership, bookings, and account (performance of a contract).
• Process payments and send receipts and confirmations (contract / legal obligation).
• Communicate with you about your membership, events, and trips (contract / legitimate interest).
• Send community updates and marketing, where you have not opted out (consent / legitimate interest).
• Organize and run events and trips safely, including sharing necessary details with relevant suppliers (contract / legitimate interest).
• Improve our Services and understand community engagement (legitimate interest).
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).

6. How We Share Your Data

We share data only as needed to run ADMovement, with:

• Payment processing — Stripe, to take payments securely.
• Infrastructure & communications— Supabase (database/hosting) and Resend & Mailchimp (transactional email delivery).
• Operations & productivity — Google (Sheets/Drive) and Notion, used to manage member records and planning.
• Messaging — WhatsApp, where you communicate with us or our community groups through it.
• Trip & event suppliers — hotels, transport, and activity providers, limited to what is needed for your booking.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our members.

7. International Transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

8. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If you close your membership, we may retain limited records for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. How We Protect Your Data

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal limits.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Request that your data be transferred to you or another provider, where applicable.

11. Marketing & Communications

We may send you community updates, event invitations, and offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us. Essential service messages (e.g. booking confirmations, password resets) will still be sent.

12. Cookies & Analytics

Where we use cookies or similar technologies, we do so to keep the Services working and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

13. Children

ADMovement is intended for women aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at admovementofficial.com/privacy, with the effective date shown at the top.
